Find business partners in construction and energy sectors - join Finnpartnership's Finland-Ukraine Matchmaking event on 19th of November 2025
You are warmly invited to take part in Finnpartnership’s B2B Matchmaking event on 19 November 2025 from 9:00(live) and 9.30(online) to 13:00. You can join the event either virtually or in person in Helsinki. The focus sectors for the event are construction and energy.
This event offers a unique opportunity to find business partners in construction and energy sectors and together push forward Ukraine’s reconstruction.
Ukrainian companies are actively seeking skilled partners for reconstruction efforts, and Finnish companies are showing great interest towards Ukraine. Sectors such as energy infrastructure, industrial facilities, hospitals, and residential construction show great potential for collaboration.

Introduction Round
If you don't have meetups booked - join us for introduction round! We will host a short Introduction Round for participants joining both on-site and online. During this session, each company will briefly introduce themselves, allowing everyone to get a quick overview of who is present and what they are looking for. This helps participants connect more easily during Matchmaking, and our team will also assist in identifying potential matches and arranging meetups based on these introductions.

JOINING THE LIVE EVENT
The event will be held at Scandic Simonkenttä, Simonkatu 9 in Kamppi, Helsinki, Finland.
Event space is called Ateljee, located on the floor -1 (elevator from the lobby).
Live event starting at 09:00 am with breakfast and coffee.
ONLINE PARTICIPATION
At the beginning of the event, participants gather on the common GoTo networking platform at 09:30 am. Joining the platform requires either downloading the application to your computer or joining the platform via the Chrome browser. Please see the instruction video below before the start of the event and check that you can join the platform.
On the event day you can access your own 1-on-1 meetups by logging into this event website and joining the online meetup through your own personal meetup schedule. You will also receive your personal meetup schedule to your email on the day before the event.
